As part of the Sun Gro Horticulture Professional Sales Team, you will be responsible for ensuring the professional sales of our horticultural product lines within an assigned territory. Our District Sales Managers must meet set distribution objectives and provide consistent customer service levels, as assigned. This position requires the development and implementation of plans and activities to ensure strong working relationships and high levels of customer service for Sun Gro Horticulture professional accounts.
As a Sun Gro Horticulture DSM, you will have a key role in identifying new sales opportunities and developing support programs to insure proper implementation of brand strategies. You will plan, organize, and control the total selling effort within the assigned territory, as well as monitoring sales expense budgets conforming to expense plan guidelines.
Sun Gro Horticulture provides tools and coaching to help our sales representatives deliver top performance, outstanding customer service, and achieve territory sales budget objectives and plans, as assigned.
