We have a great opportunity to be a District Sales Manager (DSM) at Sun Gro Horticulture. As a DSM, you are responsible for ensuring the execution of sales plans within an assigned territory and ensure distribution objectives are attained as assigned on a consistent bases for professional horticultural product line.
As part of our team, you will develop and implement plans and activities to ensure strong working relationships and high levels of customer service with Sun Gro accounts.
You will have a key role in identifying new opportunities and develop support programs to insure proper implementation of brand strategies. You will plan, organize and control the total selling effort within the assigned territory as well as monitoring sale expense budgets conforming to the expense plan guidelines.
We provide the tools and coaching you will need to deliver top performance and outstanding customer service and achieve territory sales budget objectives and plans assigned.
