We have a great opportunity to be part of Sun Gro in our Agawam location.

As a team member you are responsible for ensuring the administrative support to our HR department.

As part of the Human Resource team, you will interface with IT, Finance, Payroll, HS&E as well as site leaders and other employees.  You will be responsible for recruiting, data integrity, billing/compensation, employee records and onboarding/benefit applications.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years previous experience and knowledge of HR functions
  • High level of Confidentiality
  • Attention to Detail, very organized and ability to work well under pressure and strict deadlines
  • Excellent written and oral communication
  • Previous HRIS, ADP and Benefits experience a plus
  • Excel excellence to include but not limited to pivot tables, v-look up, formulas and conditional formatting
