What are your payment terms?

On initial shipments, Cash With Order (CWO). After building a payment history with Sun Gro, alternatives to CWO can be discussed with credit manager.

How do I obtain a price quote?

Please send an email to the appropriate country contact or fill out the information request form. We can quote you delivered to your port of destination or FCA Canadian port.

Will you make the ocean freight arrangements?

We work closely with a number of freight forwarders who will be happy to make your booking and provide all necessary documentation.

What grades of peat moss are available?

There is a fine grade, which is used mainly for golf course construction, and seed germination. There is also a coarse grade, which is used for mushroom production, vegetable and plant production, as well as pot filling.

How long will it take for me to get my product?

We require two weeks lead time to process and prepare your order. Transit times can very depending on the port of departure. Most transit times are about 1 month.

What's the minimum order quantity?

1 40 foot high cube container.

Is peat moss sterilized?

No, our peat bags are located in isolated areas, and the bogs are tested annually by the Canadian Food Inspection Agency, and are free of pathogens.
