Craig Graham
Mr. Graham is a director in a number of companies including Executive Risk Services Limited, Norsim Equipment Limited, Shanghi Songrui Forestry Products Inc., Liquidation World Inc., and Twenty First Century Investments Inc. He was also a trustee of Specialty Foods Income Fund from June 2007 to May 2009. He was the Chairman and CEO of Cashway Building Centres from 1992 to 2000.

John McLaughlin
Mr. McLaughlin is the president of Treasury Technologies International Inc., a strategic and financial advisory firm, and co-founder and director of CEM Benchmarking Inc. He is also a trustee and chairman of the SIR Royalty Income Fund and a director of Drive Products Income Fund.

David Sutin
Mr. Sutin is a director of several private companies. He was a Director and Chairman of Pay Linx Financial Corporation, A TSX-Venture Company from 2006 until May 2009. He was an Executive Vice President of Harrowston Inc., a private equity firm until its sale in 2001. Since 2001, he has been self-employed as a financial advisor and investor.

Mitchell J. Weaver, President and Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Weaver joined Sun Gro in June 1997 as President. He led a major reorganization effort focused on increased profitability. As part of this effort, the business was decentralized into individual profit centres, corporate overhead was reduced and sales were targeted to the professional growers market. Prior to joining Sun Gro U.S., he worked for Weyerhaeuser Company for 16 years. During his time with Weyerhaeuser, Mr. Weaver worked in a number of successively more senior management positions. His last assignment with Weyerhaeuser was as General Manager of the packaging operation in Salinas, California, where he was responsible for all aspects of the business, with annual sales in excess of $100 million. Mr. Weaver graduated from Indiana University with a Bachelor of Arts in Education.
